During the meeting, we are pleased to welcome James Beard award-winning author Deborah Krasner. We will be serving small bites of both meat- and vegetarian-based recipes from Deborah’s latest book, “Good Meat: The Complete Guide to Sourcing and Cooking Sustainable Meat.” Her book will be available for purchase at the event.
