Slow Food Chicago is an all-volunteer organization. We are managed by a volunteer Governing Board which directs the activities of our chapter in accordance with our Constitution and By-Laws. Our chapter currently has over 300 members, upon whom we rely for ongoing assistance and feedback on our operations.
