Amy’s career in the cardiology field made her value wellness, so she shifted her focus to sustainable living. As owner of Cutting Edge Culinary & Garden Consulting and the SubURBAN Homestead, Amy seeks to create experiences which educate and enable people of all ages, backgrounds and cultures to savor the simple pleasures in life. She resides at her “homestead” with her husband and two daughters.
