Kassia Perpich manages Right Bite, the award-winning sustainable seafood program at John G. Shedd Aquarium. She and her staff work closely with the local culinary community to build demand for seafood that is caught or farmed in ocean-friendly ways. Kassia’s work has been featured in Chicago Tribune, Edible Chicago, Miller-McCune, and several other publications. In addition to Slow Food Chicago, Kassia is actively involved with the Green Chicago Restaurant Co-op and the Conservation Alliance for Seafood Solutions.
