Ryan, a born and raised Chicagoan, has been a volunteer for Slow Food Chicago and Green City Market for two years. He is currently an applicant for the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Colorno, Italy for his proposed Fulbright grant titled “A Journey into the Heart of Slow Food: Perspective for an American Table.” He has degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Business Administration and Psychology and currently works as a Senior Consultant for Deloitte & Touche LLP.
