In this class hosted at Eataly Chicago, author and Slow Food activist Terra Brockman will story tell from her book The Seasons on Henry’s Farm, a year-long memoir with recipes documenting each season on a central Illinois farm run by the Brockman family. During the class, Eataly's la scuola chef will prepare two recipes from The Seasons on Henry’s Farm paired with wines selected by Eataly's beverage experts. Participants will also have an opportunity to meet members of the Slow Food Chicago Chapter who will be joining us to discuss the pillars of the Slow Food Movement.
This is a ticketed event. Guests may purchase a ticket here. Eataly has long be associated with the ideals of the Slow Food movement (since 2003, to be exact) and the Chicago chapter is thrilled to be involved in this event!
