In this class hosted at Eataly Chicago, guests will enjoy an evening with Wes Jarrell and Leslie Cooperband, owners of Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery in Champaign, IL. During the class, Eataly's la scuola chefs will demonstrate and prepare recipes featuring the farm's goat milk cheeses and other products, each of which will be paired with wines selected by Eataly's beverage experts. Participants will also have an opportunity to meet members of the Slow Food Chicago Chapter who will be joining us to discuss the pillars of the Slow Food Movement.
