Ali Cole (The Farinata Project) and Slow Food Chicago board member Chelsea Callahan Huson will demonstrate how to make your own Farinata, a traditional Italian style chickpea flatbread and how taking the time and care to make this from scratch bread aligns with Slow Food ideals.
