Join Slow Food Chicago board member and co-founder of The Hive Supply, Naaman Gambill for an evening of learning about urban beekeeping (and tasting honey too). Naaman manages over 150 hives in the Chicago area. During this class, you will enjoy a Honey & Cheese tasting selected by Eataly’s master cheesemonger, paired with “slow” wines. Members of the Slow Food Chicago board will also be in attendance to discuss the pillars of the slow food movement.
