Learn the “how-to’s” of mixing classic summer sours with favorite spring and summer ingredients - as well as a few “re-usable” ingredients (such as stems and other items you thought were waste)! Some featured ingredients will also be items on the Ark of Taste, Slow Food’s living catalog of rare and endangered foods. Join Local Foods and FIG Drinks for an evening of exploring classic cocktails, tinctures, and mixers from FIG beverage manager, Ryan Herendeen. A representative from Slow Food Chicago will also be on site to discuss what the chapter has been up to locally. Tickets are required, secure yours here.
