Our Eataly Chicago class series returns with an exclusive demonstration cooking class with chef Greg Wade (head baker at Publican Quality Bread and 2019 James Beard Outstanding Baker) and chef Evan Robinson (MasterChef Junior 2017 finalist). Greg will demonstrate two different breads with chef Evan preparing an accompanying soup and dips using seasonal produce. Members of the Slow Food Chicago board who also be in attendance to discuss the pillars of the Slow Food Movement.
