Slow Food at Chicago Gourmet

Chicago Gourmet is a premier experience that celebrates Chicago’s world-class culinary community. 

The two-day event offers attendees the chance to sample hundreds gourmet creations along with wine, spirits and beer tastings; attend seminars and demonstrations from internationally renowned chefs, master sommeliers and wine makers; and learn firsthand about epicurean trends from the experts.

Slow Food Chicago is thrilled be participating at Chicago Gourmet this year with a demo called "Slow Food: Ark of Taste Mystery Basket." The demo will feature Bruce Sherman (North Pond) and Jared Van Camp (Element Collective), moderated by Chris Koetke (Kendall College) on Saturday, September 26th at 3:30pm

Slow Food Chicago will also have a table in the A-D tents all weekend with more information and tastings of Ark of Taste products, featuring Pear Tree Preserves on Saturday and Scrumptious Pantry on Sunday - both former Terra Madre delegates.
