Slow Food Chicago is thrilled to announce that we're joining forces with 2010 Slow Food Terra Madre delegate, Chef Jared Van Camp and Element Collective restaurant group for a very special evening of food and drink.
You are invited to Ampersand, the "clandestine" event space located within Kinmont restaurant, featuring a multi-course dinner with wine pairings and featured ingredients from Slow Food Ark of Taste, prepared by each Element Collective concept.
Kick off the evening with hor 'devours from Leghorn Chicken and Expat with a special cocktail from Owen + Alchemy, followed by four courses from Old Town Social, Kinmont, Nellcôte, and RM Champagne Salon.
